Damages / Lost Shipments
Shipment damaged in Transit must be reported to the carrier. Consignee must file a claim with the carrier.

How to Send circuit Boards and Assembles for Service
(1). Clearly identify the Location on the Circuit Board where the repair is required.
(2). On assembled Boards components should be removed from site/area to be repaired.

(4). Upon receiving your shipment we will evaluate them and phone you with Total Cost.

(5). Upon completion, Your Circuit Boards are inspected, packaged and shipped back to you, using your supplied Shipping Account #.

Rush charges for Services
Normal delivery for repair work is 24 hours turn around time. There is no extra charge for same day - 24hr Turn-around time.
